We have sadly outgrown our current farm, but are happy to share that our new 21 acre property which is only about 6 miles away will soon be ready to be Heavenwood Farm's new operating location! This has been a huge project as the property was a blank slate and required us to install all of the fencing and build the arenas and buildings. Once we are set up, we will be able to offer everything that we offer here at our current farm but we will also be able to offer boarding and in-house training. We are hopeful that our transition could happen as soon as early summer.

Boarding will be full turnout board with run-in sheds in large pastures which is the healthiest and happiest way for a horse to live. Providing our four-legged kids with freedom of movement improves their mental and physical health in many ways. Horses in our care have experienced benefits such as reduction in nervous energy, more focused work, less stiffness and stocking up, more regular weight gain and ability to hold healthy weight, and elimination of colic incidents as well as other health benefits. We feed good, quality feed per each horse's individual feed requirements (grain or ration balancer) and provide ample quality hay along with pasture.

Our 64'x120' indoor arena which will offer all weather riding is built and the 75'x150' outdoor riding arena is currently under construction. There will also be areas to hack out if a pleasant ride outside of the arena is what you desire. There are also several road loops around the farm that are very quiet in regards to traffic so no need to see the same scenery ride after ride. All of this will be located in a quiet, but convenient area with beautiful views of farm fields and mountains. We will be able to accommodate 10-11 boarders and are currently filling a wait list.

Board will start at $480/month and include two lessons with Steph and many additional services such as blanketing, fly spraying, holding for routine vaccinations, and more. Additional lessons for boarders will be $35/hour. We also plan to organize clinics with well respected professionals in the areas of long-lining, dressage, jumping, and horsemanship.

We are extremely excited about this new adventure and that we will be able to offer what so many barns in this area lack. Great, quality care with attention to detail in a family oriented atmosphere where your horse can live more naturally. We are currently taking contact information on a wait list and keeping those on the list updated with current timeline events. It seems as if boarding spots will fill very quickly once we're up and running. Please contact us if you would like more information or would like to be put on the wait list. We anxiously look forward to serving more of our equine community! Mike & Steph
